Can I cut quartz myself?
Yes, you can cut the quartz all by yourself but it is dangerous and we suggest that you’d better not do it. Due to the Mohs hardness of quartz stone can be reach up to 7, it is a difficult problem for stone processing such as opening the holes and cutting them. The overall process is not difficult, just put the right angle, and then start the cutting machine.
1. First, you should pull down angle wrench of the stone cutting machine.
2. Adjust the cutting angle of the stone cutting machine according to the thickness of the stone to be cut.
3. Then put back the wrench of the stone cutting machine and buckle it firmly.
4. When cutting, please place the part to be cut in the air and fix it.
5. Both hands should wear gloves and carry the stone cutting machine for cutting. You should be stable and not to cut crookedly.
Notice: Before you do the quartz cutting, make sure you get basic operating skills of woodworking. And at the same time you have observed the cutting operation of bricklayers. This jug is the same as a woodworker's hand-cut jug, only the blade is different.
